The obligation of pilgrimage in the months
It is not permissible to perform ihraam except during the months of Hajj, and it is narrated from Ibn Abbas and Jaber.
Malik, al-Thawri and Abu Haneefah said: It is valid to do
ihraam with Hajj, but he does not come up with any of the acts before the
months of Hajj.

And the estimate of the verse: the time of ihraam Hajj
months, delete the adder, and set up the adder in place, and may not be
estimated: the time of the acts of pilgrimage months; because the acts of
pilgrimage occur in two or three, does not lack months.
And because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “It
is obligatory for them to perform Hajj." [Al-Baqarah: 197] And (the
supplication) is the intention.
Because Hajj is a temporary act of worship, Ihram is
temporary, such as prayer.
Because Ihram is one of the pillars of Hajj, it was
temporary, such as standing and tawaaf.
If it is proven that this is the case, then the month of
Hajj is Shawwal, Dhu'l-Qa'dah, and ten nights of Dhu'l-Hijjah, and Ibn Zubayr
and Ibn Mas'ood narrated it, and one of the two narrated from Ali and Ibn
Abbas.
Abu Haneefah said: "The months of Hajj: Shawwal,
Dhu'l-Qa'dah, and ten nights of Dhu'l-Hijjah and the Day of Sacrifice.
Malik said: The most famous months of Hajj are: Shawwal,
Dhu'l-Qa'dah, and Dhul-Hijjah. This is the view of al-Shaafa'i in al-Imla, and
the other narration of Ali and Ibn Abbas.
And the correct is the first; for the Almighty says: (It is
imposed by Hajj, there is no heir and no market and no argument in the Hajj)
[Baqarah: 197].
And it is not one of the most famous months of Hajj, and
because the day of slaughter is the day when it is raining, it is not one of
the most famous months of Hajj, such as the days of Tashreeq. And this on Abu
Hanifa.
On the authority of Malik: The days of Dhu'l-Hijjah were a
time if he performed Hajj in addition to his Hajj. He did not enjoy it. It was
not one of the most famous months of Hajj, such as the days of Ramadaan, and
vice versa.
The said: months collection, and less the combined three?
The answer is that it may be expressed in the plural from
the two and some from the third. Do not you see that people say in their books:
for three khulun, and two and three.
